Rhin-O-Tuff Binding Punch Dies & Consumables

Replacement and additional punch dies for every Rhin-O-Tuff machine. ARI is an authorized Rhin-O-Tuff dealer — we sell and ship dies for the HD7725, HD7000, OD4012, HD7500H horizontal, and Tornado EX II. Dies are machine-specific, so start with your machine, then choose your binding pattern.

Find dies by machine

Each die platform is tooled for one machine family and is not cross-compatible. Pick the set that matches the punch on your floor:

• HD7725 — 14" vertical production punch (7725ONYX)
• HD7000K — 14" vertical punch (7000KONYX)
• OD4012 — 11.7" punch (4012ONYX)
• HD7500H — 24" horizontal punch (7500HONYX)
• Tornado EX II — automatic high-volume punch (TEX110)

Then choose your binding pattern

• Plastic coil — match your coil pitch: 4:1 (most common), 5:1 (finer), 2.5:1 (coarse), or metric 5mm/6mm. Round vs. oval holes follow your coil type and paper weight.
• Twin-loop wire — 3:1 (.333" pitch) for books up to ~3/4", 2:1 (.500" pitch) for thicker books.
• Plastic comb — 19-ring rectangular.
• ProClick, ring/loose-leaf (3-hole or 3-5-7), and Velobind patterns also available.
