At ARI, we are committed to providing exceptional service and support all of the equipment we sell within our service area. To maintain high quality service, we do not support equipment made by manufacturers we do not represent, or equipment that the manufacturer no longer supports.

If you need service for equipment from manufacturers we don’t represent, please contact the manufacturer for service. Thank you for understanding our commitment to providing excellent service.

Break And Fix

We are happy to repair machines when they go down, once a service call has been requested. The pay-as-you-go approach is best for clients who prefer flexibility and don’t mind occasional unexpected costs. Once we are aware of the problem, we will begin to diagnose the cause and then schedule a service call with a qualified technician.

Charges for service are based on:

–Travel distance

–Labor

–Parts used in the repair

–Applicable shipping
