Shipping policy

Carrier, Service & Transit Times

  • ARI ships products across the United States using ground shipping.
  • The default carrier for small packages is UPS, and ARI exclusively uses its own UPS
    account.
  • Transit time for ground shipping is typically 1 to 7 working days within the contiguous 48 states.
  • Express shipping is available; customers must contact the office for pricing.
  • Shipping times for motor freight vary by carrier, workload, and location.

Order Processing

  • ARI attempts to ship in-stock orders placed by 10 am on the same business day.
Orders placed after 10 am are typically shipped the next business day.
  • Shipments are subject to inventory constraints, and customers will be notified of
    delays.
  • Turnaround times for equipment and parts orders are provided on a case-by-case
    basis.

Costs and Fees

  • Freight costs vary based on the item's weight, dimensions, and shipping method.
  • Carriers may impose extra charges for remote locations, oversized boxes, or
    shipments exceeding 50 pounds.
  • For detailed information on freight charges, contact an ARI representative.

Customer Responsibilities & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for the full replacement and shipping costs if they provide incorrect delivery information.
  • You must inspect all shipments for physical damage
    before finalizing the delivery receipt.
  • To file a damage claim, you must note any damage or refusal on the driver's
    paperwork.
  • ARI will not be responsible for damaged items if the damage is not noted upon
    acceptance.
  • After delivery, unbox and check all items and promptly contact customer service if the item is incorrect, damaged, or malfunctioning.
  • ARI is not responsible for shipping delays or lost shipments caused by the carrier.
