Every die below drops into the HD7500H’s tool-free Quick-Change system, so you can switch binding styles between jobs without stopping the line. Fitment: These dies fit the Rhin-O-Tuff HD7500H (7500HONYX) horizontal punch only. They are not interchangeable with the HD7725, HD7000, OD4012, or Tornado platforms, which use machine-specific tooling. Running a different machine? Contact us and we’ll point you to the correct die.

Which die do you need?

• Plastic coil — match your coil pitch: 4:1 is the most common (about .2475–.250 pitch), 5:1 is finer (.200), 2.5:1 is coarse, plus metric 5mm/6mm options. Round vs. oval holes follow your coil type and paper weight.
• Twin-loop wire — 3:1 (.333" pitch) for books up to roughly 3/4", 2:1 (.500" pitch) for thicker books. Square vs. round hole is a finish preference; the “with thumb” notch eases wire loading.
• Plastic comb — 19-ring rectangular pattern.
• ProClick — 3:1 square for ProClick spines.
• Ring / loose-leaf — 3-hole, or the 3-5-7 multi-hole pattern.
• Velobind — for Velo strip binding.
