Production punches
Tool-free Quick-Change die punches that move between coil, wire, comb, ProClick, ring, and Velo in seconds:
- HD7725 — 14" continuous-duty production punch, up to 65 cycles/min.
- HD7000K — 14" electric punch for steady daily volume.
- OD4012 — compact 11.7" electric punch.
- HD7500H — 24" horizontal punch for oversized and wide-format work (request estimate).
- CBS3000 — entry 11.7" coil binding system.
Automatic punching
- Tornado Autopunch EX II — fully automatic high-volume punch that feeds, punches, and stacks (request estimate).
Productivity add-ons
- APES — automatic paper ejector & stacker for the HD7725/HD7000.
- Piks-a-Lift (PAL-14 automatic, PAL-M manual) — automated sheet feeding.
Finishing: inserters, openers & closers
- Coil inserters — HD-4170 (electric) and CI-3000 (mandrel-guided).
- Comb opener — 14" manual, 1/4" to 1.8" combs.
- Wire closers — Premium 14"/18" (3:1) and Standard 14"/24" (wide wire range).
