I found this gem in an in-plant college print shop.  During its life it has only been asked to perform roughly 200,000 booklets. (A drop in the bucket for a Duplo)

The system includes the DSF-2200 Sheet Feeder, DBM-350 Bookletmaker, DSS-350 Square Spine and 350T Face Trimmer. Also included is an All-in-One PC with the PC Controller software for easy set-up and operation. This is a currently produced and supported system from Duplo with a retail price tag of approximately $90,000.
